I like an Ashi Ginga 210 petty, which is really a short suji, a kind of line knife for everyday stuff. I probably grab that more than a Nakiri, but it's ultimately down to taste, what you're cooking, and for how many people. When Nakiri arrived, I was surprised when I saw that the edge has no secondary bevel at all.
