WitrynaOrisa is an S tier tank right now because she can output a lot of damage, especially since they buffed her damage falloff range, and she can take a ton of damage and negate headshot damage because of fortify. All of her cool downs are short including her CC spear which she can stun and stop many abilities or people moving forward. WitrynaOrisa is now a rush tank, and with all the offense she has, she really shouldn't have that much defense. Spear should have a longer wind up time like rock, and fortify shouldn't affect heat buildup.
