WebbI'm not good at explaining and I recognize myself in the above. I sometimes go on tirades on my SO. After a few years, I think I do it mostly for my sake and she listens, still engaging me. Speaking it out integrates it in my mind, as if teaching to myself, wrapping the whole topic/world into one neat bag. WebbJust because you’re good at one doesn’t mean you’re good at the others. You clearly have one of them down since you know the topic well - now you just need practice with the others. This is why I suggest explaining anything. Being able to break information down into pieces that someone else could understand is a skill of its own.
